My Weight Loss Journey: From 140kg to 85KG.

At my heaviest, I weighed 140kg. Life felt heavy in more ways than one, physically, mentally and emotionally. I knew I needed a change, not just to look different, but to feel different. What followed was a journey filled with small daily decisions, setbacks, lessons, and victories.

Through consistent effort, lifestyle changes, and a mindset shift, I worked my way down to 85kg. It wasn’t quick, and it wasn’t easy. But every challenge taught me something valuable about discipline, resilience, and self-respect.

This journey wasn’t about chasing a number- it was about reclaiming my health, energy, and confidence. My goal now is to inspire others to believe in their own ability to change, no matter where they’re starting from.
